The Final Sphere in the 8 Spheres of Surrender

I’ve been working on the final sphere in my 8 Spheres of Surrender project, and it will go live Monday morning at 8 a.m.

This one took longer than the others. I had to sit with it. I had to listen. A few trusted friends read early drafts and pushed me where it mattered.

Here’s a brief preview.

The harsh truth of leadership is this:

The problem is rarely the landscape.
It is the architect.

To surrender ownership is to remember you are a guest, not a proprietor.

The vineyard does not belong to you.
The people are not yours to command.
They are a trust.
